Exercise in many forms has been a huge part of my life for over 30 years. Since I was a teen, I have studied bodybuilding and the science behind nutrition as far as what to eat and when. This love then sent me on stage competing at a National level with the NPC and drove my decision to pursue my LMT education.
Something I will never tire of is coaching and motivating anyone that has a health or fitness habit they want to make a permanent part of their life.
As my time on this earth plane has evolved, so have the goals I have for my body and how I want it to work for me. The cleaner the vessel, the more I am open to receive, and the more energy I have to work with those that need me.
This will always be a huge part of my life and something i enjoy sharing with those needing some assistance.
I offer in-person or online plans to include movement, nourishment and supplementation, or both.
Young Athlete Program
Since becoming a parent of a teen athlete, I’ve taken a strong interest in working with the novices. Helping to teach them the foundations of weight training, nutrition and an overall wellness lifestyle is what I feel may be the single-most necessary and neglected part of their high-school into college sports career. These kids can have all the talent and skill, but what will separate them from the pack to move on to the next level is everything that happens off the field/court. I can work with your child individually or in small groups, and can cover everything from the weight room down to how to eat and recover properly and efficiently. I am also a huge advocate for mental health and stability, so meditation, mindfulness and self-control and awareness will be integrated into the lessons.
