Deviating from a traditional Vinyasa-type flow yoga practice, Kundalini yoga is an offering of mind, body and spirit with specifically prescribed sequences to achieve a state of inner strength, alignment, peace and divine connection.
A complete practice is curated with the following segments:
~Pranayama (breathwork)
~Kriya (postures, asanas, …)
~Savasana (relaxation)
~Mediation (mantra,mudras,…)
This practice will shift your energy and mood, offer mental clarity, build endurance, improve stamina, increase flexibility, aid in digestion, regulate the nervous system, and bring you into a deeper connection with yourself.
No matter the physical limitations or capabilities, there are practices to assist and accommodate everyone.

A dynamic exploration of the body, mind and soul with the intention to reveal, transmute and release energetic blockages and attachments. You can expect a variety of yogic practices, modalities and movement techniques unique to each Satsang.
Asanas will not be overly strenuous or advanced, therefore, yoga experience is not necessary.
Dress for movement and rest in yoga-type attire or whatever you are most comfortable in.
Bolsters, mats and blankets are provided or feel free to bring your own items for comfort.
Each meeting will be unique, so expect anything and everything.
